FreeHosting247 provides a free hosting client area and related tools. The free plan has feature and resource limits described on the plans page. Paid features, when available, are provided by our partner brand LayerSwarm and are subject to LayerSwarm's terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, to host malicious content, to send spam, to attack the infrastructure, or to abuse resource limits in a way that degrades the service for other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

5. Data and backups

Backups are provided as a best-effort feature. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any data you store with us. We do not guarantee retention of backups beyond the snapshot window.
